Our coaching academy is a vehicle for developing a coaching culture throughout the Trust to help develop, engage, motivate and care for our staff to deliver better patient care. It will support us to consistently have a “culture of caring” which both our staff and patients will experience.

Band 2 Community Clerical Officer –
1 x 37.5 hours per week
1 x 28 hours per week
1 x 22.5 hours per week
An opportunity has arisen for an energetic, enthusiastic, organised person to join our Community Administration Team.
We currently have 3 vacancies for community clerical officers to provide high quality reception, telephone & admin support to clinical services across the Stockport area.
Experience of a busy office environment and handling a high volume of telephone calls is essential. You must also be computer literate.
Previous experience of working on a busy reception would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will be expected to work from any Community Healthcare base where cover is required due to annual and other types of leave. You must be able to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the service.
A car owner/driver is essential for this post as you will be asked to travel on a frequent basis throughout the Stockport area.
The clinics are currently open from 8.00am to 20.00pm , 7 days per week

If successful this vacancy will require a Standard DBS check at a cost of £26.50. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary
In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £13.
The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
