We are looking to recruit a passionate and experienced Business Support Manager to support the Trusts Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) service.

You will need to be enthusiastic, well organised, forward thinking and an excellent communicator. This post will support the ENT Business Management Team in the delivery of both the ENT and audiology services.

You will have had experience in working with administration teams, NHS patients and have knowledge an excellent knowledge of Information Governance and customer services as well as experience in the management of staff.

 The Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment and promote safeguarding by implementing the Trust’s policies and procedures, acting promptly on concerns, communicating effectively and sharing information appropriately.

If successful, this vacancy will require an standard DBS check at a cost of £26.50. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary. In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £13.

Applicant requirements

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
