Coaching Academy 

Our coaching academy is a vehicle for developing a coaching culture throughout the Trust to help develop, engage, motivate and care for our staff to deliver better patient care. It will support us to consistently have a “culture of caring” which both our staff and patients will experience.

we are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking staff nurse to join our  busy ever expanding Urology Department.  Working 24 hours per week.

The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team comprising of 11 consultants and 8 clinical nurse specialists and a team of dedicated Urology staff. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient running of clinical sessions, preparing and supporting patients undergoing urological investigations, we expect strong nursing values and a commitment to provide patients and families with care that is based on a culture of compassion, professionalism and respect.

If successful, this vacancy will require an enhanced/standard DBS check at a cost of £43.50. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary. In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £13.
