Coaching Academy 

Our coaching academy is a vehicle for developing a coaching culture throughout the Trust to help develop, engage, motivate and care for our staff to deliver better patient care. It will support us to consistently have a “culture of caring” which both our staff and patients will experience.

TRUST GRADE IN UROLOGY GENERAL SURGERY (ST1/2 EQUIVALENT)

Applications are invited for the above post for 12 months. The post offers experience in elective and emergency surgical work with options to rotate between the specialties of Urology and General Surgery.

If successful this vacancy will require an enhanced DBS check at a cost of £48.43. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary. In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £13.
